Clay breaks down one of the dumbest FAFO stories of the year out of Memphis.
Two brothers — Howard Smith (21) and Amiri Smith (22) — rolled into a gas station. Howard tried to buy cigars for $1.69 with a debit card that got declined. Instead of waiting for the money to go back on the card like a normal person, he got pissed and called his brother to “bring the fire.”
Amiri showed up strapped, pulled the gun, demanded the money, took **$3** out the register, grabbed two Red Bulls, and told other customers to help themselves to whatever they wanted.
Both brothers are now facing aggravated robbery charges.
Clay calls it peak culture rot — willing to throw your life away and catch multiple felonies over three dollars and some energy drinks.

**Clay Edwards Show – Virginia Teen Charged with Felonies for Pellet Gun Near School**
Clay and Andrew Gasser rip into the insane overreach in Virginia where a homeschooled 13-year-old boy and his friend were playing with pellet guns in the woods, cut across a corner of school property on the way back to a store, and ended up with guns drawn on them at their home, arrested, thrown in juvenile detention, and now on strict house arrest facing multiple felonies.
The boys made zero threats, pointed guns at no one, and the pellet guns were never even aimed at the school — yet the school went on lockdown and the prosecutor threw the book at them anyway. The parents were even forced to surrender their own firearms just so their son could come home on house arrest.
Clay calls it a perfect example of government and school officials completely losing all common sense and turning minor mistakes into life-ruining felonies.

**Clay Edwards Show – 12 & 13 Year Olds Having a Baby**
Clay rips into the story of a 12-year-old girl and 13-year-old boy in Mississippi who had a full-on baby shower to celebrate her pregnancy.  
He calls it what it is — disgusting and heartbreaking. Babies raising babies. He questions how the adults responsible for these kids let this happen and asks whether CPS should be involved and if the parents should face charges. Clay says a 12-year-old getting pregnant should be treated as statutory rape, not celebrated with decorations and gifts.  
At least the 13-year-old father is in the picture… but that’s about the only “positive” he can find in this mess.
