Clay rips into the story of a 12-year-old girl and 13-year-old boy in Mississippi who had a full-on baby shower to celebrate her pregnancy.  

He calls it what it is — disgusting and heartbreaking. Babies raising babies. He questions how the adults responsible for these kids let this happen and asks whether CPS should be involved and if the parents should face charges. Clay says a 12-year-old getting pregnant should be treated as statutory rape, not celebrated with decorations and gifts.  

At least the 13-year-old father is in the picture… but that’s about the only “positive” he can find in this mess.
