2- Bradley Hancock and J-Truth (Christian rapper) join the show for a couple of segments to promote their upcoming event this Saturday called "Felon to forgiven" where they're raising money for their prison ministry. This was a great couple of segments that I think can help a bunch of folks out there.
3- I've been battling an internal struggle with the thought of so many (for a lack of a better term) "white churches" refusing to discuss the importance of leading their flock towards the conservative party as we battle the Democrats for the soul of our nation. I am trying to move past my frustrations and try to get back into the church without the expectation that they should do what I want them to do.
4- CNN anchor Dana Bash comes out and admits that the Democrats are trying to appeal to low testosterone men

2- How much audacity does it take for the mayor to haul butt to Chicago to the DNC given all his alleged legal problems and the condition JXN is in right now while refusing to say a word about all the mass shootings going on in his city?

BREAKING NEWS - ANOTHER 6 VICTIM MASS SHOOTING TONIGHT IN SOUTH JACKSON (08/20/24)

Hearing there's been another mass shooting where 6 people have been shot on Palm st. in south Jackson tonight and another person shot on Bobby Rush Blvd. All while the mayor of Jackson still hasn't said a word about the previous mass shooting that left 1 dead and 5 injured at a downtown nightclub Saturday morning.

MORNING NEWS- CAPITOL POLICE INCREASE DOWNTOWN PATROL, BROADWAY JXN CONCERNS OVER THALI MARA & MORE

Here's this mornings news you can use, I'm tweaking how I do these daily morning videos because frankly there's not always a single story that's worthy of a full dedicated video but if we lump 3-4 stories together you guys get more bang for your buck and I get some good content so it's a win / win for both of us.
1- Capitol Police Chief Bo Luckey says that they will increase downtown presence after Friday nights mass shooting at the Daquiri Bar on Capitol st. as the legendary Mayflower Restaurant gets ready to re-open after the new owners give it the first makeover it's had since opening nearly 80 years ago.
2- Broadway Jackson issues statement about the condition of Thalia Mara Hall after it was closed due to potentially deadly mold being discovered.
3- A new high-end apartment development has been approved by the city council in northeast Jackson, I think this is a great opportunity to bring more young professionals to Jackson so it's good to see them not screw this up like they have so many other things.

Major updates on the MASS SHOOTING that happened Friday night at the downtown Jackson nightclub “The Daiquiri Bar” including the name of the victim, a press release from the club announcing it's future plans and I explain how to run a nightclub without anyone getting shot or stabbed inside. I actually owned a nightclub in the very location the daiquiri bar is located and another one across the street from nearly a decade and never had anything worse than a fight happen inside either of them.
