WAPT SPREADING MISINFORMATION ABOUT RANKIN COUNTY SHERIFF'S K9 UNIT?

WAPT did a story last night about Rankin County Sheriff K9 officer Tony Shack and his partner VOODOO accusing them of violating a black man's civil rights during a traffic stop, allowing the man to blatantly lie on camera about what happened during the stop.
