It's unfortunate that her brother with a history of drug addiction died after a interaction with Jackson Police & it's unfortunate that her son with a history of mental illness died after being ran over by an off-duty Jackson police officer but I don't understand how her civil rights were violated or how she thinks the city owes here anything?
