24-Yr Old Syhee Phillips of Jackson, Mississippi is now accused of killing 2 brothers in separate incidents while also shooting their sister. He is also wanted for at least 3 other aggravated assault claims including shooting a man while driving down the road and causing him to rear-end a tractor trailer
