David Archie tries to move $8,000,000 dollars over for the Jackson ZOO to move from it's current location to LeFleurs Bluff by the Children's & natural science museums while changing the name to the "Hinds County Zoo". Of course this creates and entire conversation about rather the ZOO should move, should the state get involved in the ZOO business, do the people of Jackson even deserve a ZOO in Jackson?
