**Clay Edwards Show – White Panhandler in Brandon & the Racial Backlash**

Clay posted a photo of a white man panhandling on the corner of Highway 80 and 18 in Brandon. The guy had a sign saying he’s a father of two with blood clots and deteriorating veins. Clay tried to be positive — “Only in Brandon” with heart emojis — and encouraged people to swing by and help him out.

Black folks lost their minds. They accused Clay of racism, saying he only helps white panhandlers and hates Black people because he had previously called out a Black woman panhandling in Jackson.

Clay claps back at the blatant double standard: he didn’t know the Jackson woman had a professional panhandler permit when he first posted about her. He actually tried to help the Brandon guy with $60 cash but couldn’t find him… and later learned the white guy is also a professional beggar who works multiple cities.
