1. I went to the St. Paddy's parade for the first time in over 10 years this past weekend in Jackson, Mississippi. I give my honest opinion on how I thought the city did hosting the parade, the things I saw that I liked and didn't like. I also tell the story about a guy on instagram being mad that I didn't report there were no murders in Jackson on Saturday and how ridiculous that is!!
2. The MHSAA (Mississippi High School Athletics Association) has been the fastest freshman one mile runner in the state for competing in a indoor track event in Boston (keep in mind Mississippi does not have a indoor running season). The kid will now have to sit out the entire season for the high crime of trying to be great at what he does. We break the story down and take 2 great calls from local journalist Kingfish & retired FBI agent Chris Hinkle breaking the insanity of the situation down even more.
3. Trump only has to pay $175 Million in New York fraud case for his bond instead of nearly a half billion dollars, I guess that's a win?
4. BREAKING: Gov. Ron DeSantis has just signed a bill blocking kids from social media websites. House Bill 3 forbids kids 13 and younger from creating social media accounts and requires the platforms to seek out and remove their profiles.
5. Racial justice leaders are now demanding $15 billion from Boston and additional cash from "white churches"
6. Florida has a different approach: "If someone is breaking into your house, you're more than welcome to shoot. We prefer you to do that, actually."

MHSAA PUNISHES EXCELLENCE & BANS KID FROM PLAYING (Ep #717 / Clip)

The MHSAA (Mississippi High School Athletics Association) has been the fastest freshman one mile runner in the state for competing in a indoor track event in Boston (keep in mind Mississippi does not have a indoor running season). Today's segment included an update on the Planet Fitness Transgender bathroom drama, Black Boston churches wants white churches to sign on the them getting $15 Billion in reparations & they do things a little different in Florida as a local sheriff encourages home owners to shoot squatters and home intruders.

I go on a rant about people being too lazy to at least look at my social media platforms to see that I've dedicated tons of time and energy to this topic. I don't owe anyone anything, I don't claim to be un-biased, just because I have a large platform doesn't mean I have to be fair & balanced. Ironically though, this is one story I probably covered more than anyone on social media & radio platforms.

Now that all 6 Rankin County Goon Squad members have been sentenced to a combined 132 years in federal prison we can bring some closure to the topic. We discuss the elephant in the room, will Bryan Bailey be charged with anything? Did the other goon squad members flip on Bailey for lighter sentences?

FAFO FRIDAY W/ SHAUN YURTKURAN (Ep #721) 03/22/24

1. Spring break is not welcomes in any town nowadays, it appears that events that refer to themselves as "black spring break" have ruined it for everyone else. Miami is the latest city to break up with spring breakers, we discuss the birth and death of spring break in the south.

GOON SQUAD SENTENCING W/ KINGFISH & SHAUN YURTKURAN (Ep #721 / Clip)

The first 2 members of the Rankin County goon squad were sentenced to 15.5 & 20 years in federal prison yesterday, Kingfish who was present in the courtroom yesterday calls in to paint the picture of what it was like in the courtroom. Shaun also taps into his 10 years of experience as a prosecutor and explains to us how he believes this was a plea deal for information on someone else. Things get heated and we get a lot of great information from Shaun & Kingfish!!

FLOWOOD TEEN KILLS NWR TEACHER (MOM), JXN'S DISGUSTING REACTION (Ep #721 / Clip)

A Flowood teen kills her mom and shoots her step-dad yesterday afternoon in a domestic incident, the mother (Ashley Smylie) was a very popular and beloved 10th grade math teacher at Northwest Rankin High School in Flowood, Mississippi. I do not typically discuss domestic incidents but I am this one because of the disgusting reaction from racist Jacksonians who celebrated because a murder happened somewhere other than their doorsteps for once. I explain the difference in 2 thugs shooting each other in a 2 for 1 win /win for the community (1 dead thug + 1 jailed thug = win / win)
