1- The first segment ended up being extremely emotional as I had just seen a photo of myself from this very date 13 years ago sitting out in front of my former job at what felt like rock bottom at the time, little did I know that those moments were helping mold me into the person I am today, 13 years later. It was a good message to remind myself that no matter what you're going through in the moment, that God is sending you through that to mold you into the person he plans on you becoming.
2- I spend the rest of the first hour breaking down the Trump X Elon Musk conversation on X-Spaces last night and much, much more.
3- I do a follow up on the story WAPT ran allowing a man to make false accusations about Rankin County Sheriff's K9 deputy Tony Shack after I watched the entire 40 minutes of bodycam footage.
4- Jason Whitlock had a great post on X about the left using right-wing media grifters to post content that would have you believe that Trump is sabotaging the election and that Kamala & Walz are suddenly rockstars. I read the entire piece and give my thoughts on it.
5- I finish off the show reading some text from the listeners on the Guns-N-Gear text line

Jackson, Mississippi residents concerned about new parking meters in Downtown JXN, mayor responds!

JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - The City of Jackson installed new parking meters downtown earlier this year.
According to Jackson Mayor Chokwe Antar Lumumba, the kiosks are meant to produce revenue for the capital city, but some people are not fans of the new system.
“I’m not in favor of the parking industry downtown. I think the city could look at other alternatives for generating revenue,” said Barry Howard, who works downtown.
Currently, it costs a dollar an hour to park downtown. You can pay at the meter with coins or a card or from your phone through text or the parking app website.
Most visitors used to park downtown for free, but Lumumba says that was never the intention, and this system keeps Jackson in line with other big cities. He believes a dollar isn’t asking for much.
“We’re talking about a dollar. If you go to any city near our size, you’re looking at a minimum of $5,” Lumumba said.
For some people, the cost is not the main concern. It’s the paying process and requirements.
Howard said, “I think the whole process is a little confusing, you know, in terms of what you actually do to pay? Is there a meter? What are the penalties for not paying? I don’t think the average person quite understands the process.”
According to Lumumba, the meters are also meant to be more convenient by allowing you to pay from your phone. However, it’s not that simple for everyone.
Emily Cross, who works downtown, said, “When you go to try to extend it, it doesn’t let you extend it. It says, ‘Oh, you can go to two hours,’ but then once you click two hours, it says, ‘Oh, this is not available.’ So, you just have to go and do a whole other session.”
Paying for parking is common in large cities, and Lumumba wants Jackson residents to understand the benefits the additional revenue could bring to the city.
Lumumba said, “When you go to Atlanta, when you go to Houston, if you don’t understand the meter, then you find time to figure it out, so you make certain that you don’t get a ticket.”

MISSISSIPPI COP KILLER HAD MDOC WARRANT FILED 20 MONTHS LATE, THE COPS BLOOD IS ON THEIR HANDS

PIKE COUNTY, Miss. (WLBT) - The suspect who shot and killed a Summit Police officer Thursday had a warrant filed weeks earlier, ordering law enforcement to arrest him for violating conditions of a 2020 prison release, according to records obtained exclusively by 3 On Your Side.
Our investigation reveals that Usher Leonard, 25, had violated his post-release supervision requirements by failing to check in with the Mississippi Department of Corrections for more than a year.
It’s unclear whether Leonard’s apparent violation of the law might have played a role in what took place Wednesday when state investigators say he shot and killed Summit Police Officer Troy Floyd.
However, WLBT found the affidavit supporting a warrant for Leonard’s arrest came nearly 20 months before the court apparently approved it, on October 10, 2022.
The court did not provide any documentation for the delay in its official filings or docket.
Leonard’s post-release conditions stemmed from a 2018 conviction on 11 burglary counts and eight counts of conspiracy to commit burglary in Pike County.
He served two years of a six-year sentence, with MDOC releasing him through earned release supervision.
Seven months later, authorities found Leonard had violated his post-release conditions by failing to pay court fines or complete his restitution.

Jackson thugs are damned and determined to turn Jackson into a playable character in the next Grand Theft Auto video game series (GTA JXN), they turned North Jackson into a shooting gallery yesterday at 5pm in the middle of 5pm traffic rush as they shot up a Dodge Challenger (killing the driver) but not before he ramped his car over concrete barricade and onto interstate 55!

WAPT did a story last night about Rankin County Sheriff K9 officer Tony Shack and his partner VOODOO accusing them of violating a black man's civil rights during a traffic stop, allowing the man to blatantly lie on camera about what happened during the stop. I expose them by telling you what I believe actually happened and this turns into an entire conversation about how to avoid getting arrested or killed during a traffic stop.
